Return / Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@girlwithpearl.com . If your return is accepted, you’ll be eligible to a full refund in store credits or get your money back in your original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact hello@girlwithpearl.com within 14 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation:

An order can only be cancelled within 24H from the time it was placed. After this period, we cannot stop the order and refund the amount back.

In case of cancellation, Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.

Incorrect Address / returned packages:
We don't offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not receive the package on time and it was sent back

Important : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
